  1. The Meric Rewards Programme runs from August 27, 2004 until further notice.
  2. Meric is the promoter and will invite selected customers to participate in the programme. It may alter, extend or finish the programme at any time. If the programme finishes, participants will have 3 months to redeem points earned for rewards.
  3. Any points unused at the end of this 3 month period will become void.
  4. Points will be awarded on selected products only, at the dollar amount allocated to each product, at the discretion of Meric. The selected product range or dollar allocation may be altered at any time.
  5. Returned goods or credits will be deducted from your Total Points Balance.
  6. Rewards can only be redeemed if a participating outlet has no monies outstanding to Meric.
  7. If ownership of an participant changes hands during the programme, the new owner is welcome to register for the programme but will begin with a zero point balance.
  8. Points or any rewards earned can not be substituted for cash.
  9. All rewards claimed are subject to availability at time of claim and may be replaced by an item of equal or greater value at the discretion of Meric.
  10. Any tax that may be imposed on any participant is the responsibility of the participating outlet.
  11. In the case of dispute and all other matters regarding the management of this programme, the decision of Meric will be final.
